Dr Asyumaredha, M.Ked.Klin, Sp.OT-CF (Foot and Ankle) is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in reconstruction, sports injuries, and foot and ankle surgery. He obtained his medical degree from Andalas University and completed his Orthopaedic and Traumatology residency and Master of Clinical Medicine at Airlangga University, Indonesia. He further pursued a Foot and Ankle Fellowship at Hiroshima University, Japan (2023-2024). Dr. Asyumaredha currently serves at Dr. M. Djamil Central Hospital, Naili DBS General Hospital, and Bunda Hospital in Padang, Indonesia, and is a teaching staff member in the Lower Extremity (Foot and Ankle) Division, Faculty of Medicine, Andalas University. He has undergone extensive international training and is an active member of the Indonesian Medical Association, Indonesian Orthopaedic Association, and Indonesian Foot and Ankle Society.

Asst Prof Png Wenxian is a fellowship trained foot and ankle surgeon with a special interest in minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery and deformity correction. He is currently the Head of the Limb preservation service under the Foot and Ankle department at Sengkang General Hospital, Singapore and is also the Orthopaedic Lead for his hospital’s multidisciplinary Diabetic Limb Salvage service. Dr Png is an active faculty and speaker at regional and international foot and ankle meetings and is currently Singapore’s representative under the AFFAS scientific committee and newsletter committee. He is well published in the field of foot and ankle surgery with his recent contributions on MIS bunion surgery, corrective osteotomies for ankle osteoarthritis and novel approaches to foot and ankle tendinopathies.

Dr. Gowreeson Thevendran is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital and Visiting Consultant at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, with specialist expertise in foot and ankle surgery, knee surgery, and sports surgery. He holds medical and specialist qualifications from the United Kingdom and Singapore, including Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) and Fellowship of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore. An internationally recognised leader in foot and ankle surgery, Dr. Thevendran has held numerous leadership positions within global orthopaedic organisations, including SICOT, APOA, and the Singapore Foot & Ankle Society. He is actively involved in postgraduate education and serves as international faculty for several prestigious orthopaedic and trauma training programmes. His research interests focus on foot and ankle sports pathology and bioresorbable implants. He pioneered the use of Magnezix bioresorbable screws in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region and is a principal investigator in multicentre clinical research. Dr. Thevendran has authored over 50 peer-reviewed scientific publications and has delivered more than 70 invited lectures at regional and international orthopaedic meetings.

Dr Arvind Puri is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Cairns Hospital and Ramsay Private Hospital, Australia, with extensive expertise in foot and ankle surgery, trauma, and arthroplasty. He is an Adjunct Associate Professor at James Cook University and actively supervises Advanced Orthopaedic Trainees through the Australian Orthopaedic Association (AOA). He completed fellowships in Foot & Ankle Surgery and Arthroplasty in Melbourne, Australia. Dr. Puri has held numerous international leadership positions, including Immediate Past President of the Foot & Ankle Section of the Asia Pacific Orthopaedic Association (APOA), Chairman of the Foot & Ankle Section of SICOT, Australian National Delegate to SICOT, and Chairman of the AOA Asia Pacific Committee. He also serves on several research and trauma committees within the AOA. An internationally recognised educator and speaker, Dr. Puri has delivered lectures at major orthopaedic meetings including SICOT, APOA, AOA, and NZOA across Australia, Asia, Africa, Europe, and North America. He is also actively involved in surgical education, leading annual cadaveric workshops on orthopaedic surgical anatomy at James Cook University.

Adj Asst Prof Andrew Hong is a Foot and Ankle Surgeon and Head of the Division of Foot and Ankle Surgery within the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the National University Hospital, Singapore. He is dual fellowship-trained and has extensive expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. His clinical interests encompass all aspects of foot and ankle surgery, with particular focus on sports-related injuries, reconstruction of foot and ankle deformities, complex lower-limb trauma, and degenerative conditions affecting mobility and function. Dr. Hong is highly experienced in advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques, including ankle arthroscopy and tendinoscopy, which can help reduce recovery time and improve patient outcomes. Besides, he is also very active in scholarly roles such as being the General Secretary for ESSKA-AFAS, Associate Editor for KSSTA, Faculty for AO Trauma, Faculty for MIFAS and Editorial Board Member for JOFAS.

Professor Rohan Ananda Rajan is a Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon and Professor of Orthopaedics, Gait and Biomechanics at the University Hospitals of Derby & Burton and the University of Derby. Educated at the University of London, he completed advanced fellowships in Russia, the USA, France and the UK. His areas of expertise include adult foot and ankle surgery, paediatric orthopaedics and gait analysis. He is a recognised authority in hallux rigidus and first metatarsophalangeal joint replacement, and serves as the lead senior paediatric orthopaedic surgeon and senior clinician in gait analysis. Professor Rajan has established accredited gait laboratories and specialised clinics for clubfoot and cerebral palsy, and is Deputy Chair of the United Kingdom Clubfoot Network. A dedicated humanitarian, he founded the Neverest Orthopaedics Foundation, providing surgical care and supporting educational and rehabilitation facilities in Nepal. His contributions have earned multiple Mayor of Derby Awards for clinical excellence, innovation, leadership and charitable work. He is also an active international educator and examiner, including regular teaching engagements in Malaysia.

Assoc Prof Dr. Muhammad Saad Ilyas is a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon and Associate Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Ghurki Trust Teaching Hospital, Lahore, Pakistan, with a special interest in Foot and Ankle Surgery, Limb Deformity Correction, and Sports Injuries. A graduate of Nishtar Medical College, Multan, he completed his fellowship in Orthopedic Surgery before pursuing advanced fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is the first surgeon from Pakistan to complete the prestigious Myerson Fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery. Dr. Ilyas serves as the only faculty member from Pakistan and a volunteer surgeon with Steps2Walk, an international humanitarian organization dedicated to foot and ankle care. He is also an invited international faculty member for the prestigious Baltimore Limb Deformity Course. As President of the Pakistan Foot and Ankle Forum, he is committed to advancing foot and ankle surgery through education, research, innovation, and international collaboration, with a particular focus on complex reconstruction, minimally invasive surgery, and limb deformity correction.

Dr Daniel Seng is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon in Woodlands Hospital, Singapore, with a subspecialty focus in diabetic foot surgery, orthopaedic trauma and limb reconstruction. He serves as a clinical lead for orthopaedics in Woodlands Hospital Diabetic Foot Service and is a member of the International Association of diabetic foot surgeons (IADFS) and Singapore Limb Reconstruction Society. He also serves as the associate programme director of the National Healthcare Group Orthopaedic surgery residency programme. He has a keen interest in functional limb salvage.

He is a graduate of Doctor of Medicine in 2004 from De La Salle University – Health and Sciences Campus and subsequently took his residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery from 2005 - 2009 at the same institution. He took his fellowship training in Sports Medicine and Arthroscopy in 2011 at Cardinal Santos Medical Center and also a fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery in 2013 at Konkuk University Medical Hospital in Seoul, South Korea. He is currently practicing south of Manila with De La Salle University – Medical Center as his primary hospital where he is also an Assistant Professor. Currently he is the President of the Philippine Orthopaedic Association – South Luzon Chapter (POA-SL), Secretary of the Philippine Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (POFAS), Immediate Past President of the Philippine Orthopaedic Wound Care & Diabetic Limb Society (POWC-DLS) and an active member of the Philippine Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine (POSSM).

Asst Prof Dr. Haroon Ahmed Khan is an Assistant Professor of Orthopedics and Foot and Ankle Surgery at Hayatabad Medical Complex, Peshawar, Pakistan, one of the country's leading teaching hospitals. He completed his FCPS in Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery from the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP). Driven by a passion for subspecialty training, he pursued a fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia under the mentorship of Professor Dr Mohd Yazid Bin Bajuri. Upon returning to Pakistan, he established his practice as a consultant foot and ankle surgeon in the private sector before joining Hayatabad Medical Complex as a faculty member. Dr. Khan is among the first fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeons in Pakistan and one of the pioneers of this subspecialty in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. His clinical and academic interests focus on complex trauma, foot and ankle reconstruction, diabetic foot and education.

Dr. Jin Su Kim, MD, PhD, is a foot and ankle surgeon at Sejong Sports Medicine & Performance Center, Seoul, Korea. He is an International Member of the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (AOFAS), an Executive Committee Member of the Asian Federation of Sports Medicine (AFSM), and a member of the Korean Society of Sports Medicine and the Korean Foot & Ankle Society. Dr. Kim serves as Medical Director of the Korean Basketball Association and team physician for FC Seoul E-Land and the Seoul SK Knights. His clinical and research interests focus on sports injuries and foot and ankle disorders.

Asst Professor Li is a double fellowship–trained orthopaedic surgeon specializing in trauma and elective Foot and Ankle Surgery, currently practicing at the Singapore General Hospital. He obtained his medical degree from the National University of Singapore and continued his residency training in the Singhealth Orthopaedic Residency Programme as Chief Resident before undertaking advanced fellowship training at leading tertiary referral centers in the United Kingdom. His fellowship training included The Royal London Hospital, a high-volume tertiary trauma center with a strong focus on complex orthopaedic injuries, Princess Elizabeth Hospital, a leading private centre in London with a strong focus on elective foot and ankle procedures and Wrightington Hospital, an internationally recognized tertiary referral center for foot and ankle deformity, primary and revision arthroplasty, and complex reconstructive surgery. Prof Li’s clinical and academic interests include Sports, Minimally Invasive Surgery, as well as Deformity Correction and arthroplasty.

Dr Rahul Upadhyay is a leading orthopaedic surgeon specialising in foot and ankle surgery and reconstruction. He is the Director and Chief of Foot and Ankle Surgery at RHL, Jaipur, and Consultant and Chief of Foot and Ankle Surgery at CSI, New Delhi. He holds a Diploma from SICOT (Belgium) and completed a Fellowship in Foot and Ankle Reconstruction in Singapore. Dr Upadhyay is the Founder of the Jaipur Foot and Ankle Society and serves on the executive committees of the SICOT International Foot & Ankle Committee, Asia Pacific Foot & Ankle Committee, and the Indian Foot and Ankle Society. He also chairs the Fellowship Committee of the Indian Foot and Ankle Society and the Global Foot and Ankle Summit. He is widely recognised for his contributions to advancing foot and ankle surgery through clinical excellence, education, and international collaboration.

Prof. Juan Agustin Coruña IV is the president of the Philippine Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society. He is known to everyone as Chinkin. He trained with Prof. Hong- Geun Jung in Seoul and Prof. Yasuhito Tanaka in Nara. He is directly involved with comprehensive lower extremity management for the Philippines where he teaches students of all levels and represents the country consistently as faculty for a variety of foot, ankle, and wound care topics.

Dr Thong Fu Yuen is a consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with Subspecialty training in Foot and Ankle surgery, with special interest in minimally invasive and arthroscopic procedures. He is also passionate about problems related to Osteoporosis, fractures in the elderly and foot deformities, especially where he is serving in the state of Sabah, Malaysia located in Borneo. After being awarded his fellowship certification from the Malaysian Ministry of Health, he has further done attachments with prominent surgeons within the regions of Thailand, Australia and Switzerland where he focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques to enhance patient care and recovery. He is also active in various Foot and Ankle, Trauma and charitable foundations.

Dr. Tunku Naziha Tunku Zainudin graduated with an MBBS from the University of Malaya in 2009 and completed her Master of Orthopaedic Surgery at Universiti Sains Malaysia in 2017. She subsequently completed a three-year Foot and Ankle Fellowship Programme under the Ministry of Health Malaysia, which included international fellowship attachments at Centre Assal, Switzerland, under Dr. Mathieu Assal, and at Nara Medical University, Japan, under Professor Yasuhito Tanaka. Dr. Tunku Naziha is a Foot and Ankle Orthopaedic Surgeon currently practising at KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive foot and ankle care while actively contributing to academic activities, continuous medical education, and the advancement of foot and ankle surgery in Malaysia.

Prof. Dr. Mohd Yazid Bin Bajuri is a Professor of Orthopaedics and Traumatology and Senior Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre. He is Head of the Advanced Foot & Ankle, Diabetic Wound Care & Reconstruction Unit, with expertise in foot and ankle surgery, advanced trauma surgery, and diabetic foot management. Having received specialist training in Malaysia, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, Prof. Dr. Yazid is widely recognised for his extensive experience in managing complex foot and ankle conditions. In addition to his academic and clinical roles at UKM Medical Centre, he also consults at Hospital Pakar An-Nur. An active researcher and educator, he has authored more than 100 scientific publications and is dedicated to mentoring postgraduate students and advancing orthopaedic research. Prof. Dr. Yazid is also an accomplished innovator, known for developing the MyB Prosthetic Limb, diabetic footwear solutions, and virtual reality applications in orthopaedic surgery. His contributions to healthcare, medical technology, and patient care have earned him numerous national and international awards and recognition.

Dr. Rukmanikanthan Shanmugam commenced his training in orthopaedic surgery during his tenure as a house officer, establishing a long-term commitment to the field. He obtained his Master of Orthopaedic Surgery from the University of Malaya in 2009. Following his postgraduate qualification, he pursued further clinical training internationally. His professional development included fellowships at the AO Institute in Davos, Switzerland, as well as various medical institutions across the United Kingdom, where he focused on advanced surgical techniques. Currently, Dr. Rukmanikanthan practices as a resident orthopaedic surgeon at Prince Court Medical Centre. While maintaining a broad practice in general orthopaedics, his primary clinical focus is dedicated to foot and ankle surgery.

Dr Low Tze Choong completed his Foot and Ankle Fellowship at Wirral Hospitals NHS Trust, United Kingdom, from 2004 to 2005. Since 2005, he has been serving as a Consultant Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon at Kuala Lumpur Sports Medicine Centre. In 2010, he was the Organising Chairman of the Asian Federation of Foot and Ankle Society Meeting held in Johor Bahru. He is also the Founding President of the Malaysian Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society.

Dr Aminudin Che Ahmad is a senior consultant orthopaedic surgeon with a special interest in foot and ankle surgery, trauma surgery, and arthroscopy. He is a professor of orthopaedics at the Kulliyyah of Medicine, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), and is currently practising at Sultan Ahmad Shah Medical Centre @IIUM (SASMEC @IIUM), Kuantan, Pahang, and is a visiting consultant at a few more hospitals across the country. He has served as General Secretary of the Malaysian Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (MOFAS), a member of the Board of Governance and the Senate of IIUM, former Head of Department, Head of the Foot & Ankle Service, and coordinator for the Diabetic Foot Team at SASMEC @IIUM. He is a trainer for the foot and ankle subspecialty program, a faculty member of trauma, foot & ankle training course, nationally and internationally, and a member of the National Orthopaedic Subspecialty Committee (OSC). Dr Aminudin has taught undergraduate, postgraduate, and subspecialty courses at IIUM and nationally since 2003, and has published a number of articles in foot and ankle surgery and general medicine as well.

Dr Norlelawati Mohamad is a Consultant Sports Physician at Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz (HCTM), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, with over 10 years of experience in sports medicine and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She holds a Master of Sports Medicine from the University of Malaya. Her areas of interest include sports injury management, ACL rehabilitation, musculoskeletal ultrasound, therapeutic injections, dry needling, kinesiotaping and chronic musculoskeletal pain management. She is actively involved in teaching, research and professional training at national and international levels. Dr Norlelawati has also provided medical coverage for sporting events and served as a Team Doctor for athletes competing in national and international sporting events. She is a member of several professional bodies, including the Malaysian Association of Sports Medicine and the National Specialist Register.

Dr. Tai Ken Meng is an accomplished Orthopaedic Surgeon specializing in Foot and Ankle Surgery. He earned his MBBS from Manipal University in 2010 and Master of Orthopaedic Surgery from the International Islamic University Malaysia in 2019. He completed his MOH Foot and Ankle subspecialty training in 2025 with fellowship training in Seoul, South Korea and Manchester, UK. He brings valuable knowledge in complex trauma, reconstructive, and sports-related orthopaedic surgery. Dr. Tai has published and presented widely in local and international forums and remains dedicated to clinical excellence, research advancement, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered musculoskeletal care. He currently serve in Hospital Pasir Gudang and Hospital Sultan Ismail, Johor Bahru as a Consultant Foot and Ankle Surgeon.

Dr. Parthiban Sivasamy is a Consultant Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon practising at KPJ Penang Specialist Hospital and KPJ Bandar Maharani Specialist Hospital, Muar Johor. His clinical interests include sports injuries, arthroscopy, reconstruction, and minimally invasive surgery of the foot and ankle, with referrals from across Malaysia and neighbouring Indonesia. He completed advanced fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery in Japan, including training at Nara Medical University under Professor Yasuhito Tanaka and at CARIFAS under Professor Masato Takao. Actively engaged in clinical research, education, and international collaboration, Dr. Parthiban has contributed to peer reviewed publications and scientific presentations. He is also a member of both the Malaysian Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (MOFAS) and the Japanese Society for Surgery of the Foot (JSSF), reflecting his ongoing commitment to academic excellence and subspecialty development.

Dr. Edewet Anak Daun is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon with more than 15 years of experience in trauma surgery and over 9 years of subspecialty expertise in foot and ankle surgery. His areas of clinical focus include trauma, sports-related injuries, reconstructive procedures, and diabetic foot management. Recognized as the only foot and ankle surgeon in Sarawak, Dr. Edewet brings extensive clinical experience and specialized insight to the field. He remains committed to advancing patient care through evidence-based practice, continuous professional development, and the application of current innovations in foot and ankle surgery

Dr. Nahulan was awarded a Bachelor ofMedicine & Bachelor of Surgery from the Mangalore University in 1993. Following this, he undertook Fellowship in Surgery at The Royal College of Surgeon, Edinburgh in 1999. He pursued his interest in Foot and Ankle Surgery in the Kaohsiung Medical University Hospital in 2007. Presently he is practicing at Hospital University Malaysia Sabah, Kota Kinabalu.

Dr Syed Azmi bin Dato’ Dr Hj Ahmad Shah is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with a subspecialty in Foot and Ankle Surgery, currently serving at the Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Hospital Cyberjaya. He obtained his MBBS from ICHS–MMMC and Master of Orthopaedics from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He is a KKM Board Certified Foot and Ankle Surgeon and completed his Foot and Ankle Fellowship at Schön Klinik München, Germany. With over 10 years of experience in orthopaedic trauma surgery, Dr Syed Azmi has extensive expertise in complex foot and ankle trauma, deformity correction, ankle arthroscopy, Charcot foot reconstruction, diabetic foot management, limb-sparing surgery, wound care and complex lower limb reconstruction using Ilizarov techniques. He is currently Head of the Foot and Ankle Unit at Hospital Cyberjaya and has also led and advised wound care units in several hospitals nationwide. He is actively involved in research, publications and clinical guideline development, with ongoing work in foot and ankle reconstruction, wound care and innovative surgical techniques.

Dr Tan Han Ling is a Consultant Foot & Ankle Orthopaedic Surgeon and Medical Lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Malaya. He completed local fellowship training in Foot & Ankle Surgery at Universiti Malaya Medical Centre, followed by international fellowship training at Schön Klinik, Munich, Germany, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. His clinical expertise encompasses total ankle replacement, foot and ankle reconstruction, sports injuries, trauma, diabetic foot management, Charcot arthropathy, and limb salvage surgery. He has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and leads several ongoing clinical research projects in foot and ankle surgery, regenerative orthopaedics, and diabetic foot disorders. He currently serves as the Head of the Research Special Interest Group (SIG) of the Malaysian Orthopaedic Association (MOA) and lifetime member of Malaysian Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (MOFAS).

Dr. Kam Ming Long is an Orthopaedic Surgeon based at Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, with a completed subspecialty in Foot and Ankle Surgery under the Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM). He has a strong clinical focus on complex foot and ankle conditions, including diabetic foot management, deformity correction, and minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Kam has undergone international training attachments and is actively involved in teaching and research. His interests include innovative techniques in pain management and improving functional outcomes in lower limb disorders, particularly in sports-related and degenerative conditions.

Dr. Norliyana Mazli is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon and Foot & Ankle Specialist at KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital. She obtained her Master of Orthopaedic Surgery from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), and subsequently completed fellowship training in UKM, as well as international fellowships at the Cantonal Hospital Baselland, Switzerland, and Nara Medical University, Japan. Dr. Norliyana has a special interest in foot and ankle reconstruction, deformity correction, diabetic foot management, and trauma surgery. She is actively involved in research, medical education with publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Emilia Rosniza binti Mohammed Rusli is a highly accomplished Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist and Interventionist with extensive expertise in both diagnostic and therapeutic patient care. She currently serves full-time at Hospital Canselor Tuanku Muhriz (HUKM) and holds a specialized part-time role at the National Sports Institute (ISN). Dr. Emilia earned her medical degree from the National University of Ireland in 2009, followed by a Master’s in Radiology from UKM in 2018. She completed her subspecialty training in musculoskeletal radiology at UKM in 2021, and a prestigious fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Korea University in 2023. Specializing in sports imaging and pain intervention, Dr. Emilia has spent the past four years dedicated to treating elite Malaysian athletes. A key edge to her practice is her advanced mastery of ultrasound-guided diagnostics and procedures, allowing her to deliver highly precise, minimally invasive treatments. Her vast experience blending cutting-edge imaging with advanced therapeutic interventions makes her a leading voice in her field.

Dr Mohd Shahril Jaapar is a Clinical Lecturer and Orthopaedic Specialist at the Department of Orthopaedics, Hospital Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah (UPM). He obtained his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) in 2008 and completed his Master of Surgery in Orthopaedics in 2019, both from UPM. Dr Shahril furthered his interest in Foot and Ankle Surgery from 2021 to 2023 under the mentorship of Dr Azammuddin Alias, which remains his primary area of clinical expertise and research. Beyond his clinical duties, he is deeply invested in academic administration and training, serving as his department's Research Coordinator and the Foot and Ankle Coordinator for Postgraduate Specialists. An active contributor to medical literature, Dr Shahril has published numerous peer-reviewed journal articles and case reports. He currently leads innovative, grant-funded orthopaedic projects focused on advancing clinical outcomes and education within specialised foot and ankle care.

Dr. Amber is a Consultant Foot and Ankle Surgeon at the University of Malaya medical Centre and University Malaya Specialist Centre, and Senior Lecturer at the University of Malaya. Dr Yeap Ewe Juan is one of the pioneer fellowship trained Foot & Ankle Surgeons in Malaysia. He is part of the International AO Trauma Faculty. In that organization, he was a member of the prestigious Foot & Ankle Expert Group. He is also a founding member and the past President of the Malaysian Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society. His research interests are in gastrocnemius equinus contracture and minimally invasive trauma fixation. He won the best paper award from the International Federation of Foot & Ankle Societies(IFFAS) during the Asian Federation of Foot & Ankle Societies(AFFAS) meeting.

Dr Dinesh Earnest Kunasingh is a consultant orthopaedic and foot and ankle surgeon. He currently works with Ministry of Health of Malaysia in Hospital Tengku Ampuan Rahimah, Klang since 2024. His training in medicine started in 2006 and his carrier has taken to multiple hospitals and states around Malaysia. He pursued his Foot and Ankle subspeciality training in 2021 with the Ministry of Health and completed fellowship training overseas in Italy and Germany. He has a special interest in orthopaedic trauma surgery and especially foot and ankle surgery.

Dr Azammuddin Bin Alias is a Consultant Orthopaedic and Foot & Ankle Surgeon at KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist Hospital and an Orthopaedic Surgeon and Programme Coordinator for the Master of Surgery (Orthopaedics) at Universiti Putra Malaysia. He completed his Foot and Ankle Surgery fellowship at Nara Medical University under the Malaysian Ministry of Health Fellowship Programme. His expertise includes ankle arthroscopy, sports injuries, osteochondral lesions, complex trauma, deformity correction, diabetic foot, limb salvage, and regenerative orthopaedics. Dr. Nur Sabrina binti Abdul Ghani is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with a special interest in Foot and Ankle Surgery. She completed her undergraduate medical training at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and subsequently pursued postgraduate training in Orthopaedic Surgery at the same university. She successfully completed her postgraduate qualification in 2015. Since then, Dr. Nur Sabrina has been actively involved in the diagnosis and management of various foot and ankle conditions, including trauma, deformity, arthritis, tendon disorders, sports injuries, and reconstructive surgery. In 2024, she further advanced her subspecialty expertise by undertaking a Foot and Ankle Fellowship in Seoul, South Korea, where she gained additional exposure to contemporary surgical techniques and complex case management.

Dr Brandon Lee, currently Orthopaedic, Foot & Ankle Surgeon in KPJ Johor Specialist Hospital with interest in Minimally Invasive and Arthroscopic Surgery. Has travelled from Northern Penang to Southern Johor Bahru for local Foot & Ankle training and taken in stints at Chiang Mai, Tokyo and Barcelona while abroad.

Dr. Muhamad Syafiz Ahmad Ismani is a dedicated Orthopaedic Surgeon practicing foot & ankle surgery at Sultan Ahmad Shah Medical Centre @ IIUM (SASMEC @ IIUM).
